Anyone travel from Portland to Crater Lake?
I'm going this weekend and wanted to see if there were any cool stops to make along the way?

No, but I've traveled the other way - from Crater Lake to Portland. Don't remember any interesting stops. Best bet is to consult a guidebook [printed or on line] to see what may in the area that you'd like to do.

Depending on the crowd I'm with, a few of these stops are chosen: * Woodburn factory outlet stores * Eugene farmers market (Saturday mornings) or some of the fine restaurants downtown * Cottage Grove's Village Green Resort * Wildlife Safari drive through zoo near Winston
