I've searched for rail and bus options without success. What am I missing, and where should I be searching?

Take Amtrak Cascades from Portland to Vancouver, BC Found at http://www.amtrakcascades.com/ Take Via Rail from Vancouver, BC to Manitoba. Train from Vancouver goes to Winnipeg, then another train goes all the way north to Churchill, so you should be able to get where ever you need to go. It depends on how it was sent. For example, if you are referring to just a regular envelope being sent through the USPS, it would be first class mail and should take just 2-3 days to arrive. Media mail would take 5 days. A package sent parcel post would take 4-5 days and a priority mail package would take 2-3 days. Hope this helps you.
